What you need to know about our masks
Our Fabric
Each mask consists of two layers of our own MaxDry fabric.
It is made of polyester (100% – 150g/sq.m. density) and is similar to the Dry-Fit fabric used commonly in sportswear.
It is especially popular in running gear because it is very light and combines durability and breathability.
We have already used this type of fabric for years to manufacture some of our sportswear.

Certified for protection

The test is conducted by independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of an extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria catalog.

Manufacturing & properties
Printing on the masks is carried out using the sublimation method.
Non-toxic, water-based paint is used, without solvents, guarranteeing the preservation of the fabric quality.
Each piece is packaged in an airtight plastic pouch following sterilization.

Why not cotton?
Cotton is currently a popular choice for face masks. So why do we not use it?
The main reason is that cotton masks pose the risk of inhaling cotton particles, which can lead to lung problems.
Additionally, the quality of printing is not as high on cotton as it can be on our MaxDryâ„¢ fabric.

The components
Other than the double MaxDry layer, each mask contains three essential components:
two strings, also made from 100% polyester, for attachment to the ears,
and a small wire for fixing the mask in place on the nose.
