    The road name was missing from the parcel (packed by Charlotte) but I have lived here a long time, so Royal Mail knew where to deliver it to…..

    I was told to expect contact from DHL concerning delivery, but instead received an invitation from Sagg, four days after the order was completed, to rate the whole experience, implying that I should have received the items! I queried this by e-mail, and, rather than an acknowledgement, received an e-mail two days later from DHL explaining that I would be contacted with a time slot on Tuesday morning. No contact was made that day, but the items arrived the following day (Wednesday), without the promised advance time slot!

    Not too impressed washed as instructed all 3 masks that i brought ,and the Ear band for covering the ears came off the one mask and not only faulty but i had to pay the postage back according to your robotic E-mail

    Unfortunately the thickness of this mask is not suitable for covid-19 to wear this mask I will have to wear a second one underneath it so I would advise people to get a guarantee stating that it is suitable for covid-19 if you do not get this this do not purchase it as it is not fit for purpose

    I cancelled almost as soon as I placed the order and requested a refund, they did nothing but fob me off, received the masks which were poorly made, the nose wire doesn’t stay bent at all, then I was offered a refund but they’d been opened unfortunately

    You stated that the items would be delivered on Friday. That did not happen. They were delivered on the following Monday by Royal MAIL. No issues thou. Using Royal mail does not normally deliver on Saturday. The rating would have been given a 5 if it was not for this hiccup

    Delivery took 5 or more days and was only processed upon chasing them. But the when the mask arrived, it does not work for people that wear glasses as promised. The mask itself is okay if you don’t wear glasses I guess, but definitely not for me. Thanks.

    Good website especially for glasses wearers who benefit from an integral nose wire in the mask so it can be moulded around your nose and reduce glasses fogging up. Lightweight and washable material is good also. Could be improved by offering a few more colours maybe.

    I contacted customer service four times regarding my order. I received an automated reply each time, it wasn’t until 7 days after sending my first message that I received an email from Sagg saying there had been a Fulfillment error. I have still not had a reply to the messages I sent on Messenger. It was then a further nine days before receiving my ordered masks. Once I had the email the masks arrived the following day. The recipients of the masks are delighted. Although it took a while to receive the masks, I was really pleased with them.

    You state next day delivery. I emailed you and messaged via your website but got no response to either. After 2 weeks I raised a complaint via PayPal. I really don’t think the mask would have come if I hadn’t complained. Very dissapointed with your service.

    Website said delivery 1-3 days, ordered 18/04 invoice said delivery 20/04. We wanted them for a wedding on 23/04. No sign of masks by 24/04 so sent a message, no reply but masks arrived on 29/04. Suggest expected delivery dates on website are changed to be more realistic and not cause disappointment.

    masks order 20/4/21 comfirmation of order stated delivery 21/4/21.after a week not received , so emailed to chase. received a few days later, stating order placed 28/4/21.poor service and masks not up to standard expected bearing in mind the price. will not be using sagg again.

    A technical issue caused my delivery to be delayed by two weeks, not next day delivery as promised, it took 2emails to customer service to rectify the issue, after the first email I did receive a reply, but I had to email again, however does not detract from the quality and fit of the mask

    Very happy with product and speedy delivery . Only 1 downside…. I left it on breakfast bar and some pollen seeds from a lily landed on it and can’t get stain out 😘. Haven’t even used it yet. Look forward to using it tomorrow and doubt if anyone will notice the faint discoloration. Was impressed that it was made in Greece!! We love Greek islands. .
